SHE HAIR COLLECTION bundle(s) purchases are FINAL sale. NO exchanges can be made unless your bundle(s) are determined defective. We recommend making your hair appointment within the time frames listed on the shipping section in mind.
The bundle(s) must be unworn / unwashed and still have original packaging attached in order forĀ consideration. If the Item is not returned in the same condition that SHE HAIR COLLECTION sent, It will not be accepted. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
